Department of Culinary Arts, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Conducted workshop on Contemporary trends and practices in European Cuisine by Chef Sanjay Thakur,(Inflight Chef, Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi), a renowned chef with a culinary journey that includes some of the world’s finest restaurants and is the first Indian to participate twice in Bocuse d ’or. It was an exceptional opportunity for the students to learn about the different techniques and trends of gastronomy.
