VSO-MAHE will organise the 9th edition of its annual kite flying festival, 'TARANG', on Sunday, March 05, 2023, at End Point Football Ground, Manipal. This year's Tarang aims to Spread Awareness of Mental Health Issues among students and the public. The Event theme will be "Say Bye to your Blues. Fly Kites of Happy Hues".
